£1,000 Jackpot Win For FC Weekly Prize Draw Winner!

£1,000 Jackpot Win For FC Weekly Prize Draw Winner! Our Weekly Prize Draw in partnership with the Lancashire Cricket Foundation has produced another FC United £1,000 Jackpot winner.

Mr Royston Futter from Worsley is our latest winner of the top prize in Week 29’s draw from the 12th October. This good news comes only recently after having another FC winner Mr Mark Shotton from Leigh who won the £1,000 first prize in Week 23’s draw on the 31st August!

Mr Futter who is a Main Stander at Broadhurst Park when he attends matches said ‘I was introduced to the idea of FC United via my involvement with The Working Class Movement Library and I’m happy to support the collective against the Moneymen. I am a small community shareholder and I have bought season tickets in the past just to support the club even if I couldn’t attend that many matches. Ditto the prize draw, I never expected to win! It’s to support the club and my Direct Debit will continue even after winning the jackpot this time!’

Asked if Royston thinks its worth other FC fans and their friends & family signing upto the Weekly Prize Draw said ‘I would urge everyone who can afford it to sign up since it helps the Club ( and we need all the help we can get at the moment now that so many of our rivals have got wealthy owners and supporters!)’

Royston was invited to Broadhurst Park after his prize win where he was presented on the pitch with a £1,000 cheque by FC Academy Head Coach Jack Doyle.

Congratulations go to Royston from everyone at FC and we thank him for his continued support over the years!
