Development Fund raises over £137k in 2017-2018

The Development Fund (DF) raised a total of £137,377 last season.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and continues to contribute to the DF in any way shape or form, especially our magnificent volunteers.

As well as the redevelopment of the SMRE concourse, you will see other ground improvements at BP this coming season including new permanent facilities such as a laundry under the main stand, a toilet block in the Lightbowne Road stand and catering facilities in the Nuthurst Road/Saint Marys Road corner. These features mean that the club will not have to hire temporary facilities, subsequently saving the club money, paid for with the help of the DF.

This coming season we are launching a new initiative called BP BOOST that in conjunction to further ground developments to improve our match day experience will specifically help offset the ground build debt that needs to be repaid over the coming years
