HYDE UNITED v FC UNITED - Match Arrangements

On Tuesday 24th July FC United travel to play perennial opponents Hyde United in our latest pre season friendly at Ewen Fields, Hyde, SK14 5PL.

It has so far been a positive pre season with four wins, a draw and a defeat, and the squad looks to be progressing nicely.

We have played Hyde United at Ewen Fields on five previous occasions, one of those being when they were called Hyde FC. Four of those games were friendlies, the fifth was last season’s Manchester Premier Cup semi final when an Adam Gilchrist goal propelled us to the Manchester Premier Cup Final for the second successive season. We have lost just once 0-3 in July 2012 when they were called Hyde FC.
