Following a meeting of The FA’s Leagues Committee, the names of of the clubs competing in the National League North for season 2017-18 have now been confirmed.

Following a meeting of The FA’s Leagues Committee, we are now able to confirm the names of the clubs competing in the National League North for season 2017-18 have now been confirmed. The new season starts on Saturday 5th August.

Teams relegated from the National League to the National League North:
North Ferriby United, Southport and York City

Teams promoted to the National League North are:
Blyth Spartans, Leamington and Spennymoor Town

Team switch to the National League South is:
Gloucester City

Teams promoted from the National League North:
AFC Fylde and Halifax Town

Teams relegated from the National League North:
Altrincham, Stalybridge Celtic and Worcester City.
