Details for AGM on Sunday 4th December UPDATED ROAD CLOSURE INFO

FC United’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 4th December at Victoria Warehouse, Old Trafford - The meeting starts at 12 noon, registration opens at 11am.

The FC United of Manchester Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 4th December 2016 at:

Victoria Warehouse,
Trafford Wharf Road, Old Trafford,
Manchester, M17 1AB.

The meeting will start at 12 noon and registration opens at 11am.

The meeting is expected to finish at 4pm.

Car parking is restricted. The nearest tram stop is Exchange Quay, with a short walk.

AGM travel update
A Santa fun run is scheduled for Sunday 4th around Old Trafford. The route taken will affect parking and some roads near to the venue.

If you are travelling by car the following roads will be closed between 10.30.
Roads will be closed from 10.30am – 1pm.

People who are travelling by car need to get there before 10.30 but there will be refreshments before the meeting starts for those arriving early.

Refreshments including tea, coffee, bacon sandwiches and baguettes will be available to purchase before the meeting and during the break.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide these free of charge but any purchases made will be deducted from our room hire costs.

Paperwork: AGM Notes and Notices

We will be only printing a limited number of AGM Notes and Notices to be handed out at the meeting. We therefore encourage members to print off and bring all the relevant paperwork with you.

Ballot papers will be issued to all members eligible to vote on the day. In addition all presentation materials will be visible on the screens in the room.

Request for Volunteer help at the AGM and with the Count on Monday 5th December

We require volunteer help to sign people in at the AGM on Sunday.

In addition we require volunteer help with the count on the evening of Monday 5th December at Broadhurst Park.
