General Meeting - Postal vote deadline this Thursday

FC United of Manchester’s 2016 General Meeting will take place on Sunday 24th April 2016, at Broadhurst Park, 310 Lightbowne Road, Moston, Manchester, M40 0FJ. The meeting will commence at 12pm (midday). Registration opens at 11:30am.

The notice and associated paperwork of the meeting has been sent to all members either by post or by email. Please note the notice contains all the details of the resolutions and members’ votes.

Those on email preference can download all the paperwork for the AGM from the members section on the official website. To login to the members’ area click here

Please note that if you have an email address registered with the club or opted out of postal preference you will not receive any information regarding the GM through the post.

Postal and Proxy Votes

The deadline for proxy and postal votes is Thursday 21st April 2016. Any postal or proxy votes received after this date will not be counted.

Completed ballot forms or proxy forms can also be posted into the sealed ballot box that will be located at the membership stall before the Stalybridge Celtic home match on Saturday 16th April.

Please read the postal and proxy voting instructions carefully that are detailed in the covering letter.

Volunteers Required

In order that the results can be published as quickly as possible, we are asking for members to stay behind after the meeting to count the votes cast. The meeting will close at 4pm and we envisage that the count will take a couple of hours. Refreshments will be provided.

We also require volunteers to help sign members into the meeting and distribute voting forms from 11:15am.
