Early kick off for women's team fixture this Sunday

The FC United women’s team home league fixture v Liverpool Marshalls Feds Reserves this Sunday will now kick off at 12.30pm not 2pm. The kick off time has been brought forward to accommodate a request from the opposition team who have a club fundraising event scheduled in the afternoon and wish their players to attend.

Lee Sutton’s side have only played three league matches so far this season due to postponements and teams not being able to fulfil fixtures so they will be looking to kick start their season by taking three points from their Merseyside opponents who are currently in mid-table having taken six points from six games.

Building on their recent home win over league leaders Ellesmere Port Town, FC United Women will hope to start climbing the league table and a win on Sunday will be the best place to start.

The main stand bar will be open during the afternoon for those supporters who wish to use it.
