Back your Minithon heroes + event video and times

The FC Minithon 2015 from FCUM TV on Vimeo. Thanks to all those who participated with St Mary’s Primary school staff, parents and children in Sunday’s eighth annual FC Minithon. As ever it was healthy, great fun and for the eighth successive year it kindly refused to rain!! The biggest efforts are still being made in the Fundraising Stakes, where the mighty Tom Stott (£674) is within a length of catching leader Gladys Barm (£773). Meanwhile Lee and Eric Maycox (£225) are making valiant efforts to catch up with Margy’s players (£125) trailing. It is not too late to influence the outcome by adding more sponsorship to their names as a reward for their efforts. And remember….every Minithon pound counts - MATCH-FUNDING on the Localgiving website means every online donation you make or receive of up to £10 will be matched automatically by a unit of the Cabinet Office…..FC board member, Tom Stott has raised £137 in this way. This arrangement will still apply for the next month, so please make use of it with any sponsorship or funds you wish to give to the club. The current top five on the leaderboard are: Gladys Barm £773 Tom Stott £674 Lee & Eric Maycox £255 The FC Players £125 Brett Turton £71 You can back your favourites here: Gladys Barm https://localgiving.com/fundraising/gladysbarm Tom Stott https://localgiving.com/fundraising/tomstottfcunited Lee Maycox & Eric https://localgiving.com/fundraising/leeanderic Brett Turton https://localgiving.com/fundraising/brettturton FC Marshals https://localgiving.com/fundraising/fcmarshals2015 Phil Frampton https://localgiving.com/fundraising/frampton2015 FC Players https://www.localgiving.com/fcplayers2015 Leanne Carey Leanne Carey https://localgiving.com/fundraising/leannec We will be sending out the run times for those who are interested.
