Free football special buses for the Benfica match

Thanks to First Buses, FC United fans will be able to travel from Manchester city centre to Broadhurst Park for Friday night’s Benfica match on free shuttle buses.

First Buses have laid on three double decker buses, all with wheelchair access, to ferry supporters to Moston from the city centre. The buses will depart from the centre of town and it’s free of charge to any passenger for this match.

The times and point of departure are as follows:

Departing
STOP TE on the corner of Lever Street close to its junction with Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter.

18:30
18:45
19:00

There will be no stops between Lever Street and Broadhurst Park.

Drop off
Broadhurst Park, Lightbowne Road side only.

FC United stewards will be in position to assist and direct fans.

Pick up
The same pick-up point after the match on Lightbowne Road will be used.

Buses to be in place from 21:45.

FC United stewards will be in position to assist and direct fans.

There will be no stops between Broadhurst Park and the final drop-off point at Lever Street / Stevenson Sq.

Supporters travelling from the city centre to the match are strongly encouraged to use these football special buses. They will help the club ease congestion around Broadhurst Park, are a more economical way of travelling to the match than by car and they are FREE!
