Manager of the month award for Margy

The North West Counties Football League has named Karl Marginson as Division One’s manager of the month for September.

The Reds racked up seven straight victories with 24 goals scored and just five conceded during September in what has been an incredible start to the season.

Curzon Ashton’s leading goal scorer Michael Norton took the player award after finding the back of the net eleven times this month. Norton has scored 19 goals already this season in all competitions.
