Ilkeston FC away - admission & travel (UPDATED)

Ilkeston FC v FC United of Manchester, Saturday 10th November 2012, kick off 3pm.

This game is to be played at New Manor Ground, Awsworth Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 8JF

This game is pay on the gate. Admission prices are as follows:

Adults £9
Concessions £5
Children under 16 £1 (must be accompanied by an adult)

The police have advised that segregation is not essential on Saturday, however Robins’ officials have decided that they would prefer to give home supporters the opportunity to take possession of their favourite ‘spot’ at the Awsworth Road end.

Therefore segregation will be in place. There are limited seats available for FC United supporters and these are on a first come first served basis.

Travel

By Coach:

The Club will be running a coach to this fixture.

The coach will depart from Chorlton Street in Manchester City Centre (next to the Britannia Hotel) at 11am.

The cost is £14 for adults, £7 for Under 16s.

By Car:

From the M1 junction 26 take the A610 signposted Ripley. Leave at the first exit onto A6096 signposted Awsworth/Ilkeston. At the next island take the A6096 signposted Ilkeston. Travel for about half a mile then turn right down Awsworth Road signposted Cotmanhey. The ground is situated half a mile down on the left hand side.

Parking:

There is parking at the ground but additional car parking will be available on the Ilkeston FC Juniors ground at Booths Field.

Public transport:

There is no railway station in Ilkeston and no public transport runs directly past the ground. Supporters should get off the bus at stops closest to the Tesco roundabout, which is a 10-15 minutes walk to the ground.

Best bus services include 2 (Nottingham-Ilkeston), Ilkeston Flyer (Derby-Ilkeston), Black Cat (Derby-Mansfield via Ilkeston). All bus services mentioned above are operated by Trent Barton.

The Sir John Warren in the Market Place operates a free bus service - maximum 28 seats - to and from the ground on match days. Tickets are available on the day at the Sir John Warren on a first-come-first-served basis.

The nearest train stations are Derby, Nottingham and Langley Mill.
