FC and Street League Vacancy

FC United and Street League are working in partnership to support those young people, aged between 16 and 25, who aren’t in employment, education or training. A vacancy has arisen within the project and the advert follows:

Starting salary £22,268
35 hours per week
(including evenings and some weekends)

Street League is recognised by FIFA as the UK’s lead organisation in sport for development. We are the Football Association’s charity of the year 2011 and 10 Downing Street’s charity partner of the year 2011. We change lives through football. Working with the most disadvantaged young people aged 16-25, the aim of our service is to support participants to move into employment and education.

We are currently looking for one full-time Progressions Coordinator. We are looking for self-motivated and innovative professionals with experience in a community education setting. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deliver our progressions service to Street League groups across Manchester, working in partnership with FC Utd of Manchester. You will be working with community partner projects who deliver services to vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. You will be part of a team who are highly motivated, and the responsibilities you receive will be high. The job satisfaction, opportunities and rewards of working for Street League are exceptional.
