We ain't going anywhere...

This week’s news

And so it came to pass, a season which will long live in the memory for many an FC United fan, and sure we didn’t make it into the Conference North, but does it really matter? Does it? We at FCUM Radio would like to thank all the coaching staff, the players and you the supporters for making this season, one of the finest in our six year history. Take a bow all of you.

In other news, FCUM Radio broke a couple of audience records over the weekend. For the match against Bradford PA on Thursday night, FCUM Radio almost beat the official attendance in the other semi-final with over 800 connections made for FC Live. This beat the previous record of 468 for the away trip to Brighton. Then for the final on Monday, a mightily impressive 1,379 connections tuned in for the culmination of a fine season for FC United. So a big thank you to you all for tuning in, despite the result, we hope you all had a good afternoon with us and we look forward to having your match day ears again for the pre season friendlies.

And one more thing, just because the football season is now over, it certainly does not mean that FCUM Radio shuts down for the Summer too, oh no! We’ll still be here, producing almost 40 hours of original content each and every week for your listening pleasure, so stay tuned wont you. And while I’m at it, you are just an email away from anyone here at FCUM Radio, so why not request a song. All of our DJs can be contacted via email and love reading what you have to say. So help yourselves, http://www.fcumradio.co.uk/djsshows/the-voices/
