Hi Ho Hi Ho...

This Week’s News

Good day to you all.

And a Happy New Year from all the volunteers at FCUM Radio Towers, we trust that you all had a wonderful Christmas and cannot wait for 2011 to get going. Here at FCUM Radio we are busy making plans for a schedule shuffle which will be taking place in February, this should see in the spring nicely we reckon. It will also mark a year of the birth of the original FCUM Radio schedule, so many happy returns to you all.

However this week we are purely focussed on getting back into the swing of things. This past weekend has seen a couple of historic moments taking place during FC Live, including a penalty being scored and the return of James Quinn to the commentary team, but this is just the tip of the iceberg people. In the coming months, the FC Live team will be bringing you commentary from a further 25 matches, including this weekend’s fixture with Bradford Park Avenue. And not only that dear listener, oh no, in 2011 our 30 strong volunteer force (and growing) will continue to produce programmes of an exceptional quality all for your listening pleasure, week in week out, making it simply the largest volunteer only radio station in the UK.

This is FCUM Radio, Radio for FC United of Manchester.
