Updates on missing Reds

To keep supporters as up-to-date as possible, FC United have the following information about players who have not been seen in a red shirt recently.

Left-back Shaun Roscoe has joined North West Counties Division Two leaders New Mills. The arrival of Bradley Howard at the club has seen Roscoe lose his place in the starting XI and he has decide join New Mills to get more first team action.

Stalwart Dave Brown is currently away working in Wales and as such has not been able to attend training sessions, but the veteran centre-back may well return at some point in the future. Fellow defender Colin Bell has decided to take some time out of football.

Former Barrow striker Peter Thomson is still very much at the club and desperate to get back out onto the pitch but a reoccurring calf problem has kept him on the sidelines for a number of weeks.

Ex-Salford City midfielder Dale Whitehead is also still at the club but has not been able to resume training yet after dislocating his shoulder early in the season.

And finally, teenage midfielder and former Rochdale trainee, Theo Coleman was last seen playing for Salford City helping them with their challenge for the North West Counties Division One title and promotion into UniBond Division One North.

Everyone at the club would like to wish Shaun, Colin and Theo all the best for the future whilst hoping to see Dale, Dave and Peter back in training and a red shirt (or three different ones) as soon as possible.
