FC United set to sign veteran

FC United will secure the signature of 44 year old Andy Griffiths, prior to their Manchester Cup Fixture against Flixton at Radcliffe Borough.

Andy, formerly from Failsworth, is a Health and Safety advisor who now lives in Morley, Leeds, will become FC Uniteds "12th Man".

Andy is overjoyed to be the holder of the winning 12th ManTicket Competition.

Andy added:

"I enjoy keeping fit and go to circuit training once a week. I also competed in the Greater Manchester fun run with the FCUM runners last May".

"I have supported Manchester United all my life, going to my first game in 1976. I have followed FC United of Manchester from November 2005 and myself, family and friends go to most matches home and away. I look
forward to meeting up with the squad on January 8th. "

The 12th Man Competition raised £830 for the Development Fund.
