2. Price
All prices displayed include VAT.
Prices quoted are correct at the time they are published. FCU reserves the right to vary those prices from time to time.
3 Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Order
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible after you have made your order, to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product ordered.
All products displayed are subject to availability.
4 Amending Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order at the point at which you are asked to click “submit” on the final page of the ordering process.
5. Description
FCU has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this website. However, please be aware that the colours represented on this website may vary slightly from the garments themselves.
Sizes and measurements quoted are approximate and should only be used as a guide.
6. Despatch
We estimate that goods will be despatched within 28 days of your placing an order. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
7. Refund and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be pleased to exchange it or make a refund, provided that the item is returned to FCU, in new and unused condition, within 14 days of your receipt of it.
Should you require a refund, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days of receiving the returned garment, in new and unused condition.

before your refund or exchange can be actioned.
You are advised to wrap the returned item carefully and to return the goods by recorded delivery or registered post.
Please remember to give us your name and address and to include the returns form correctly completed. FCU will only be responsible for postage costs where the goods are being returned because of defect or error by FCU. FCU will not accept responsibility for returned goods that have been lost in the post.
In the case of refunds, if you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque.
8. Design and Badge
In the case of orders of FCU kit shirts, FCU reserves the right to change the design and badge of its football kits, at any time, at its absolute discretion.
Where changes are made to the design and/or badge after an order has been placed but before it has been despatched, you will be contacted and asked to re-confirm your order.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
This website and your contract with FCU are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
