FC United of Manchester's Academy 'A' team recorded a 3-1 home win against Pro Direct Academy Lancashire's u17s team on the Broadhurst Park 3G on Monday afternoon.
SANDRO DA COSTA got the Young Reds off to a great start with a goal inside the opening four minutes, before the visitors got back on level terms with an ALEX McLOUGHLIN 42nd minute header from a corner.
On 52 minutes, Sandro Da Costa set up TERENCE LUNT with a low cross that the full back guided home from six yards out to edge the FC United Academy 'A' team back in front.
And substitute LUKE ATKINSON made sure of the result with a third goal for the home side on 83 minutes.
