FC United of Manchester made it four games without defeat with a hard fought 1-1 draw at home to Swiss second tier outfit FC Winterthur at Broadhurst Park on Friday evening.

The visitors, who compete in the Swiss Challenge League, opened the scoring on 35 minutes when their No. 11 LUCA RADICE’s deflected effort wrong-footed home ’keeper Lloyd Allinson.

Two minutes before half-time, CHRIS LYNCH grabbed an headed equaliser for FC United with a well-worked set piece and the industrious defender might even have snatched a late winner for the home side but for the nearside assistant’s flag.
