Update for Season Ticket and Ten Match Ticket Book holders

The Northern Premier League has announced that our 2020/21 season is to be curtailed with immediate effect meaning we will not be playing any more league fixtures this season.

Prior to this curtailment we had played five of the 21 home league games programmed for the season and offered season ticket holders the option of free access to our live stream if they could not attend in person.

The club's board met last week and agreed that season ticket holders and TMTB holders should be offered a proportional refund for the matches which will not now take place.

We are extremely grateful that so many of you took up the call last summer to buy earlier to provide the club with funds at a time when most of our revenue streams had been cut off by the pandemic. It is humbling to have read on social media over the past few days since news broke that our season was over, the number of messages from supporters expressing that they will not be seeking a refund in order to help us through what will be another difficult summer, but we would like to stress that any season ticket or Ten Match Ticket Book (TMTB) holder is most welcome to apply for their proportional refund and there should be no pressure on supporters not to claim it.

We have therefore agreed the following two options:

1) Any Season Ticket or TMTB holder can apply for a proportional refund by emailing the club at seasontickets@fc-utd.co.uk from now until 5pm on Wednesday 31st March. You will need to provide the following details:Name(s) of ticket holder(s), type of ticket (Season ticket or TMTB) and category (adult, concession, junior)

• Name of person who made the purchase and date of purchase
• If your bank account has changed since the booking we will need new details to make the payment
• If the account remains the same we will simply refund to that account
• If you paid by PayPal please also send us your bank details because PayPal don't allow direct refunds more than 180 days after purchase

2) Any Season ticket or TMTB holder who feels that their circumstances allow them not to require a refund and would like to donate these funds to help the club continue to navigate this pandemic do not need to do anything and after the 31st March we will account for those funds not claimed as a donation to the club.
