We are currently dealing with technical issues that are affecting the club’s email accounts and have left us unable to take online payments via debit/credit card for memberships, season tickets, and Ten Match Ticket Books - you can still pay by calling the office on 0161 769 2005.
Please note: these issues do not affect the online club shop, which uses a different payment system, so please continue to order items from the shop as normal.
The club has been experiencing an issue for around a week now with emails to our @fc-utd.co.uk email accounts (.net ones should be ok) meaning that not all emails are being received and supporters may have had bounce backs if trying to email us.
We are working to fix this as soon as possible and will be moving to a new email system, but in the meantime, supporters may struggle to contact us by email including to the main firstname.lastname@example.org account. If urgent, please call 0161 769 2005.
Memberships, season tickets and Ten Match Ticket Book payments
We are currently unable to take online payments for memberships, season tickets and TMTB. This is due to our payment merchant discontinuing the service we used. Whilst we move to another payment solution, in the interim period you can still buy them by the following methods:
- Over the phone by card Monday to Friday during office hours by ringing 0161 769 2005
- In person from the office by cash or card Monday to Friday during office hours
- On match days pre-match from the office reception (season tickets and TMTB) by cash or card
- On match days pre-match from the membership stall on your left as you enter the ground through the main turnstiles by cash or card (memberships, season tickets & TMTB).
