Squad update: FC United announce squad departures

FC United can confirm the departure of four players ahead of today’s match against Hereford.

Firstly, fullback Steve Affleck has moved permanently to Abbey Hey. Affleck, who joined FC United’s Youth team at the start of the 2016/17 campaign, made one senior appearance last season.

Cole Lonsdale has also departed, joining Lancaster City FC on dual a registration. His last game for FC was in the 2-1 away win against Kidderminster at the end of last month.

Additionally, Liam Healy and Leighton Egan have both joined Prestwich Heys on duel registrations.
