Postponed Gala dinner - 'Cup Winners 1985'

This year’s Gala dinner is a superbly themed event, as we look back to the classic 1985 semi-final against Liverpool, then the cup final on the 35th anniversary, and who better to remember this with than Everton legend, Peter Reid, and United legend and scorer of the winning goal, Norman Whiteside.

Last year’s event was held at the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), and was so well run, and the food, drink and service so impeccable, that we’re returning there this year, on the 29th May from 7pm.

Compere Danny McLoughlin returns to host the evening as our legends talk through the highlights of both games, as United beat the odds against Liverpool, then again against Everton as they won through a solitary goal from ’Big Norm’, despite having the first ever red card in a cup final.

It promises to be a very special evening, and we invite you to book tables for yourself and your guests, as we celebrate two legends as they share their unique insights and stories of one of the most magical FA cup runs in United’s history
