Player News : Jordan Simpson, Hayden Campbell, Louis King

There's been a number of changes in personnel this week, after signing Sam Burns and Omar Sanyang on loan, we have also seen the departure of some players

Jordan Simpson - Midfielder - having originally signed for FC in the short season that was 20/21, where he made 4 appearances before the season was brought to an end, Jordan was retained for the 21/22 season and made eleven appearances, six from the bench, and scored the second goal in our 3-0 win over Morpeth Town in August. He goes with our best wishes

Hayden Campbell - Forward - signed on a months loan from Salford, Hayden made his debut for FC against Stalybridge in the 5-2 defeat, then came on as a sub in the defeat against Matlock, before making his final appearance in the start against Grantham, again we thank him for his efforts in the month he was with us.

Lewis King - Goalkeeper -  brought in as a last minute replacement for the poorly Lavercombe, Lewis started his second stint for FC in the defeat against, Hyde, then kept a clean sheet in the victory against Radcliffe, he was on the bench for two more games before deciding to take a break from football and focus on his business. We appreciate the effort Lewis made to join FC, and the fact that he was driving up from Derby to games and training, which in part contributed to his decision to leave.
