Now Hiring: Grounds Manager

FC United of Manchester is recruiting for an exciting new role to manage all aspects of its operations and grounds in the role of Grounds Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in grounds and pitch maintenance, with a proven track record of managing the operations of a stadium and its assets. This full-time role will require the successful candidate to lead on the maintenance, grounds and operational running of the facility.

Director Paul Butcher said: "Broadhurst Park is a facility that is an asset to the community, we are proud of our facilities particularly our pitches that are used by many, this role is critical in ensuring the longevity of our assets and that they are maintained to an excellent standard.”

In 2021 the football club released its Our Club Our Vision strategy created by its co-owners, a forward thinking, innovative vision that gives a clear blueprint for the next five years and shows where the Club is to focus its efforts.  The operations and grounds department is key to this, therefore requiring applicants that are passionate about grounds, maintenance and football pitches.

Please send applications with salary expectation to Natalie Atkinson Chief Operating Officer to natalie.atkinson@fc-utd.net by 12 noon on Friday 1 July 2022.  If you would like an informal discussion please contact Natalie Atkinson.
