Level 1 Personal Development Through Boxing

Do you want to improve your fitness, learn some boxing skills and improve your self confidence and self awareness?

FC United, in conjunction with Tommy McDonagh, are running a Level 1 Award in Personal Development Through Boxing. No previous qualifications are needed as the course is designed to be accessible to everybody.

The course is open to those aged 16 and upwards as long as they are not in education, employment or training.

The course takes place at Collyhurst and Moston ABC, Over the Co-op, 232 Lightbowne Road, M40 9DE. The next course will start on Tuesday 22nd April 2014.
