The following amounts were raised via Pound for the Ground ticket sales and the BP BOOST barrels over the festive season.
Chorley on Boxing Day - owing to an administrative error, the Club have been unable to split the sums raised between the ticket sales and barrels. However the total raised from both was £772.66. As soon as we are able to apportion the split between tickets and barrels we will update further.
Spennymoor - 28th December
PftG raised £662.00
Barrels raised £90.83
Chester - 5th January
PftG raised £698.00
Barrels raised £216.51
It was at the Chester game that we introduced the “Battle of the Barrels”! At every home game going forward there will be an SMRE barrel and a Main Stand barrel with each vying to see which barrel raises the most cash on a match by match basis.(Other barrels are available!)
The split from the barrels at the Chester match was
Main Stand £84.63
So it’s 1-0 to the Main Stand early on in the competition!!
All PftG prizes from the above matches have either all been claimed or donated back to the club.
The total figures raised this season so far from FC Winterhur to Chester FC will be published as soon as the Chorley match has been reconciled.
Thanks to all of you again who dropped in your loose change, notes and cheques and those who bought Pound for the Ground tickets.
A special thank you also to our hardy band of PFTG ticket sellers, to Naomi Shirley and Pat who have counted the cash all season so far and of course all of our match day volunteers, we’d be lost without you!
