It is a dream of every growing coach, non-professional players and clubs to participate in it. We want to make the world a better place for everyone, and the pitch is the best place to start. Who could believe that on our 6th year of establishment we are going to play against FC United? FC United coming to Warsaw to play against us is something unique and unbelievable. We can see how football is making us closer to each other. This is a special occasion for us, and for everyone around us to be part in it.Of course, the level of excitement is very high, and I cannot deny that. Who does not want to be there?
I cannot wait for the match the same as any other member of the club.”
FC United Manager Neil Reynolds added, “this is literally a dream come true for the management team, playing Staff and everyone connected to FC United. Warsaw away will be a piece of history that I’m sure FC United will remember forever. Personally I feel so proud to have the opportunity to lead our club into Europe to play in the FENIX Trophy and starting it in a country that I’ve never been to before makes it even that bit more special. We look forward to playing our hosts. I’m sure it will be a great occasion, exciting game and a trip to savour.”

Important Covid travel advice for English supporters:
FC United supporters are strongly urged to read and understand the current Covid travel restrictions for entry to Poland (and conditions for any country they may transit on route). It is also important to remember that restrictions can change at very short notice. The latest information can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/poland/entry-requirements
At the time of writing UK nationals travelling from the UK to Poland are exempt from mandatory quarantine on entry into Poland if they are fully vaccinated with an EU approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to travel or can show evidence of having tested positive for Covid 19 within the 6 months prior to travel or are a child aged under 12 travelling with a fully vaccinated adult. However, please read the latest advice closely prior to booking.
It is also currently a requirement to book a day 2 PCR test for return to the UK after the match although government has indicated this may change to a cheaper lateral test in time for our travel so supporters should keep up-to-date with current UK re-entry requirements.
It should also be noted that following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU there are new conditions for entry into Poland requiring UK passports to have at least 3 months validity remaining and for the passport to be less than 10 years old. Full details on passport validity requirements should be read on the same link above.
