FCUM Review v Blyth

FCUM Review v BlythTonight’s matchday programme has a few players, some committed fans, a singing dog and so much more…

Callum Byrne speaks to Tim Browning about the issues that don’t really matter and Matthew Wolfy Wolfenden reveals his first times for everything. He is a man of few words is Wolfy, so we are chuffed he opened up for us.

We also bring you the latest community news, which includes details of the many fantastic courses our team is holding across Manchester to benefit everyone. Heart-warming stuff.

The big star of this issue though, is Ted the singing dog. Unlike the dog we tried to get on in FC’s pre-match tertulia Course You Can Malcolm a few years ago, Ted does actually sing. He is the face of a new campaign to bring honesty back to football, namely #honestgame. Programme seller Fiona tells us all about it.

Added to that we have a tribute to Jerome Wright on reaching 300 games for FC, great pictures as always from our ace photographers, four-page away section, including a bit about Blyth’s impressive FA Cup pedigree, news from our youth, reserves and women’s teams, match reports, stats, trivia and Jeff from New Zealand in ‘This is our club…’

All this for the ridiculously cheap £2, the same price as our first ever issue nine years ago.
