Following discussions with our current ticketing partner, Eventim, both parties have agreed to amicably part company at the end of this season.
Reviewing the contract, we both agreed that it was not working on either side and that it was in everybody’s best interests to go our separate ways.
We understand that season ticket holders and members have experienced a service that has fallen well below what is expected.
In retrospect the decision to partner with Eventim was a mistake and the club has listened to and acted upon your feedback. Once again, we extend our thanks for your patience and apologise for the frustration experienced over the past few months.
Starting next season, the club intends to manage ticket and membership provision in-house. More details on how we plan to do this will be announced as soon as they have been agreed.
Our goal is to provide an improved service and cost-savings, and we believe that this is eminently achievable.
Existing season tickets will still be used until the end of the season.
