AGM Results

The Annual General Meeting of FC United Limited was held on Sunday 10th January, online - the votes for Resolutions, Members’ Votes and Board Election have now been counted and published.

The Annual General Meeting of the Club is the annual members’ meeting at which the Board reports to the members on the performance of the Club in the previous financial year (in this case, to 30th June 2020). The full results are available to read on the MEMBERS FORUM together with the financial statements and power point presentation.

Thank you to Gareth Wright form the Coop who was our scrutineer for the meeting and also attended the count.

A big thank you to those who helped with getting the ballot papers printed /cut/ posted out, and who counted the votes.

• 160 members attended the online meeting
• 178 members voted by post
• 43 members voted by email

The ballot papers will be held for 30 days.
