We would like to sincerely apologise to all members and season ticket holders who made purchases for the 2018/19 season with us for the issues that have arisen with their delivery.
The service has fallen way below our expectations and we are currently engaging further with our ticketing partner Eventim to resolve these issues as soon as possible. The club’s dissatisfaction with the service has been made clear and we would like to ask any of our supporters affected to email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing any problems they have encountered with the service so it can be passed on to the relevant party. Please include any reference numbers in the email relevant to any purchase.
We would like to once again thank our members and supporters for their patience in this matter and we hope to provide a further update on the delivery of 2018/19 memberships as soon as possible.
