The current Bradford Park Avenue club date back to 1987. The original club were founded in 1863, played in the Football League between 1908-1970 and folded in 1974.
David Chadwick scored 24 goals in 209 appearances for FCUM from 2006 to 2011. His last outing was in a 4-0 win at Frickley Athletic in October 2011. As a player he was on the winning side in 1 of 6 fixtures against The Avenue, the play-off semi-final in 2011.
Midfielder Ben McKenna played in a friendly for FCUM at South Shields in July 2017.
The Avenue have beaten FCUM 10 times, more than any other opponent. Their 39 goals scored (in 20 games) is also a record.
In Sunday fixtures FCUM have won 12 and lost 3 of 23 games and are unbeaten in 4 at Broadhurst Park.
