FC United of Manchester Youth gained a deserved share of the points with this 1-1 home draw against AFC Fylde Youth in the Football Conference Youth Alliance on the Broadhurst Park 3G on Wednesday afternoon.

The visitors opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a dipping shot from their No. 11 Carnan Dawson that gave FC United’s ’keeper Chandler Rohman little chance, to give AFC Fylde a 1-0 interval lead,

Three minutes after the half-time break, FC United netted a close range equaliser when half-time substitute Cameron Horner ran in unopposed on goal.

There were chances a plenty at both ends after that but the final score remained 1-1.
