FC United of Manchester Youth team's final National League u19 Alliance Division 'H' fixture of the 2021-22 season saw the Young Reds record a 2-0 away win against Buxton FC u19s on the Silverlands 3G on Wednesday afternoon.

The FC United side took the lead on 6 minutes, Andy Uduebor setting up ARLO BULLER for a finish high into the Buxton net.

The home side's cause wasn't helped when centre-half Adam Twigg was shown a straight red card following a crunching challenge on FC United's Adam Poole on 15 minutes.

Buxton raised their game somewhat after this, but nevertheless it was FC United who came closest to extending their lead, Arlo Buller just failing to connect with a Yann Daryl Tchokotcheu cross-cum-shot on the stroke of half time.

Arlo Buller then shot narrowly wide on 60 minutes, with Buxton's second half substitute goalkeeper well out of goal.

The deciding goal finally came in the 93rd minute. A crossfield ball from Toby Humphries was collected by YANN DARYL TCHOKOTCHEU, whose low shot sealed the win.

Unfortunately, that wasn't quite the end of the afternoon's proceedings, a flare-up immediately following the final whistle seeing a further number of players carded.
