We are pleased to announce the signing of 23 year old Goalkeeper Lloyd Allinson who joins us from Chesterfield - Allinson made 10 first team appearances for the Spireites last season.



We are pleased to announce the signing of 23 year old Goalkeeper Lloyd Allinson who joins us from Chesterfield. Allinson made 10 first team appearances for the Spireites last season.

Allinson joined Huddersfield Town at under-10 level from Rothwell Town. Whilst at Huddersfield he had two loan spells at Ilkeston during the 2011–12 and 2013–14 seasons before becoming a regular on Huddersfield’s first-team bench during the 2014–15 season. He eventually made his senior debut for Huddersfield on 7 May 2016.

In August 2016, the 6’ 3??? keeper signed for Chesterfield after featuring for the club during pre-season. He made his Chesterfield debut on 30 August 2016 in a 2-1 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers U23 in the opening round of the EFL Trophy and went on to play a further 4 EFL Trophy matches and 5 League One matches.
