JOB ADVERT - Temporary Administration Officer

FC United have an immediate opportunity for a temporary Administration Officer, working in the Club’s main offices at Broadhurst Park for approximately 3 months pending an ongoing review into the club’s operations. This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) paying the UK Living Wage of £8.25 per hour.

Duties will include dealing with e-mail, telephone and personal enquiries at the front desk, filing and sorting both incoming and outgoing post. The role also involves handling of cash and dealing with card payments, inputting personal information onto the club’s databases and other general office duties.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and reliable ,with previous office experience including use of Microsoft Office systems. The successful candidate also needs to be well organised, able to work well as a member of a team and have good communication skills (both oral and written).
